Undocumented Mail commands

In the distributed 4.1bsd Mail (ucbmail) there are several extremely
useful commands which I haven't seen documented anywhere. Should be added
to man/tutorial entries somewhere.
1. ~: <command-level mail cmd> For example, here's the way to re-read
the message you're replying to after you've started replying:
~: t (type current msg)
2. ~f [n] Just like ~m (interpolate/forward message), but without
shifting it.
3. Capital 'R' command to Mail replys only to the sender.
I've heard rumors that it's been known to ignore the reply-to field in
this case, but I can't duplicate it.
