savecore.c re-revisited, pstat problems

Um, Chris, those 0-origin arrays strike again.  Where the null is stuck
on the end, it should be [DIRSIZ + 5], not 6.

ps/pstat problems:  We had fixed ps similarly, but have the same problem
with pstat-- it doesn't work on dump files either.   I never really dug
around in that one, though-- does anyone have a fix or know the problem?
It may be the same as the ps one.  If I remember correctly, the symptoms
are that it just doesn't find much of anything in the tables; it doesn't
blow up.

And be sure to also send any 4.1 bug fixes to ucbvax!4bsd-bugs or
arpavax.4bsd-bugs at berkeley.  Of course, it usually seems as if one's
sending to the bit-bucket, but I know they listen at least some of the time.
