I need some help getting /etc/routed to work properly with
point-to-point network interfaces such as SLIP as provided with
4.3BSD. Currently, I've been forced into making entries in
/etc/gateways for all the active SLIP links I use. If I understand
properly, routed should to the work of determining routing information
and sharing it with other hosts. I've been told that a post 4.3BSD
version of routed exists at Berkeley that works properly with SLIP but
I have not been successfull in locating it. Can anybody help me in
getting a version of routed to work with SLIP?
