If what everyone here has been saying about the purpose of ulimit is true,
then it is "broken" under RFS.  Why?  Because it is the kernel that enforces
the the tmit, not the file system: that means that I can have two machines in
a network with file systems from each mounted on one another, let's call
them "big" and "small".  Machine "big" has a as a ait of 32767, machine ne nall"
still has the 1MB default lt lt because it's it's iSo what happens if someone that is logged into mato mat " "  writes a file
