Tartan C compilers?

This week's issue of Electronics magazine has a full-page ad for C and Modula-2
compilers for the 68000 and VAX from Tartan Labs.  They made explicit note of
their extensive optimization, which is to be expected, since Wulf was one of
the architects of BLISS-11, a notoriously well-optimized compiler for the
PDP-11 (here, the tradeoff was space.)

Anyone know much about these products?  Had a chance to try them?
