Mac Programming C Documentation Recommendation (whew!)

This summer I am considering writing a game/application for the Mac.  I will
be doing this on my own time for the purpose of learning more about C and the
Mac operating system (I might take a class regarding this next semester).  I
was wondering if any one could suggest some good documentation regarding
this type of project.

If you have any suggested books/issues of mags/articles that I would be
good to read/reference, I would appreciate your help.
