I'm using PcPaintbrush on a PC and cannot get my EGA drawings into any
other format that I can use. As far as I can tell, this program draws
well but you can never export files. It draws in 16 colors and saves to
disk but what it saves is definitely compressed and very difficult to
decode. I've given up on that for now. Instead, I'm searching for a
program that converts PcPaintbrush files into any COLOR drawing file,
compressed, uncompressed, or anything else. I have "Iconvert" which
reads/writes many formats but in its "conversion" it simply rips out
all the color information and produces a 640x200 mono image which looks
so tacky I have vomited on several occasions.

The ultimate goal is to import my drawings into a Turbo C program and
move them around using its graphics library. Unfortunately my pictures
are too big to keep doing data entry and typing in x,y,color points for
the entire picture.

If you have ANY help at all, please email me a message. Books with info,
source that does it somehow, programs, anything. Imagine entering a
640x350 16 color picture one dot at a time.
