The problem with case sensitivity

I'm in favor of case sensitivity. The problem of case sensitivity is
poor capitalization. From the X libraries, which is correct:
XSetScreenSaver or XSetScreensaver?
XSetStandardColorMap or XSetStandardColormap?
XtCallBackPopDown, XtCallbackPopDown,
XtCallBackPopdown, or XtCallbackPopdown?
This is the argument for case insensitivity. *Not* the ability to use
"myVar" and "MyvAr" interchangeably, as so many people seem to think.
"Case tolerance" is a reasonable compromise.
