lex and yacc grammers

Where can I get the lex and yacc grammers for AT&T Unix C, A-T dBase III+,
Borland's Turbo Pascal, Microsoft's C, and Microsft's macro assembler?
I am doing a project which scans these types of source code into a data base.
I already looked into two commerical products, but they are out of my price
range. I was hoping somebody on the net already has them filed away some
where.
Also, is there a way to uppercase each letter in yytext[] before doing a
token match? In other words, how is a non-case sensitive language specified
with lex and yacc?
Any help would be helpful, since I'm a new lex/yacc user. Thanks.
