Best highly optimizing C compiler for MS-DOS?

    I'm looking for an optimizing C compiler for MS-DOS.  The quality of
code generated is my prime concern - cost is sort of a factor, but I'll
pay more for a better product.  The ability to produce 80386 code would
be a big advantage.  If someone could refer me to a RECENT comparison of
the best products, I would be grateful.
