C Graphics Routines

I'm looking for a graphing routine that will plot two lines on
the same line chart.  The routine has to allow the lines to be of 
different lengths.  In other words, one line will be plotted across 
48 points and another will be plotted across 24 points.  

I am using Microsoft C 6.0, but any sources which can easily be converted
will be appreciated.
