	Borland has 2 C++ products: Turbo C++ which is a C and C++
        compiler only, and Borland C++, which is a C, C++ and Windows
        compiler, and also has a Debugger, Profiler & Assembler.

	To develop Windows applications, the Borland route is much cheaper.
