Looking for a gaussian elimination C program with full pivoting

Hello,

I am looking for a C language program to perform gaussian elimination on 
an mxn matrix with full pivot.  The pivot element only has to be nonzero.
Also, backsubstitution with arbitrary value for the remaining unknown variables
