Usenix and /usr/group revisited

I agree with sdcarl!rusty in that I am still not convinced as to the
need of Usenix for /usr/group.  I also agree with cbosg!mark [Horton]
that we will have to wait and see how Boston turns out.  We do have no
choice.

As John Donnelly was trying to point out, that there is much to gain by
having cooperation between the two groups.  Perhaps there should be
representatives from each group that attend the other meetings and sit
on each others board as a "Friend of the Board".

I guess, as I stated back in the beginning, I am unwilling to sit
through less.  John Donnelly has pointed out the times involved in the
Santa Monica conference.  That is certainly the absolute min().
