July Unix Conference Query

I hadn't been paying much attention to the postings re: the July
conference.  However, a friend overseas is interested in coming
and presenting a talk.  Could someone please send me all relevant
info such as submissions deadlines, who to contact, when and
where the conference is etc. etc.  Thank you.
