Proceedings of July 1983 Unicom?

It was asked if one could order the proceedings of the Toronto USENIX/
Software Tools conference. The answer seems to be: yes, if you hurry!
I have here an order form (obtained at the USENIX desk at the show)
which suggests that you send U.S. $30.00 for a copy.
	"Add $5.00 for overseas postage."
	"Orders must be received by August 30, 1983"
Note: received, not just postmarked! So hurry.
(I have no commercial affiliation with the sale of these procedings,
it just sounds like it from the hype. Just trying to be helpful,
in case they really would return checks received on Sept. 1 or 2).

Include your name, address, postal code, and telephone (don't know
why they want your phone number, but it's on the form...).
