I have posted several articles in the last month stating that a fellow in
San Diego had recieved his copy of the proceedings of the Winter '83 USENIX
meeting.  I just found out that he HAS NOT recieved them.

Repeat - (so far as I know) the Winter '83 USENIX Proceedings are NOT out yet.
