Category A and B and some in C are with private bath or shower.
The prices include service charges, tax and in some hotels breakfast.

The GBP prices are based on current exchange rate 1 GBP = 14 DKK
and may change a little by the time of the event. 

Participants requesting hotel reservations will receive a voucher, which
must be shown at the hotel for deduction of the deposit from the bill.
Please note that hotel reservations will be made only if the deposit
has been received by the Secretariat.
