Conference agenda?

The December issue of ;login: contains the conference agenda complete
with what the talks are in each session.

Was this agenda posted earlier in net.usenix (as is customary) and I
missed it?

If it wasn't posted, why wasn't it?  I've been waiting to find out
these specifics and it should have been easy to post it far earlier
than it could appear in ;login:.

I hope that future USENIX conference agendas get posted early (even
in a preliminary form, followed by updates).
