Hotels for January '91

Is the hotel for January '91 very expensive?  What kind of price
should I expect?  (Or should the economy-minded 'nixer just look for
other places to stay?)

Can anyone recommend cheaper hotels that are within walking distance
from Usenix Janurary '91?  (Phone numbers would be GREAT :-) )

P.S.  If anyone wants to share a room, I'm a non-smoker, male, just
needs it to sleep, not a pain to live with, etc.
