Where to find "netmap" software

Dear Netters,

     Could someone give me pointers as regards where/how I
can get a copy of the "netmap 1.x" software (that's used to
produce the uucp maps in graphics/Postscript)?  Is it in the
PD?

     I can anonymous ftp and uucp.
