OPEN BOARD MEETING / NOMINEES FORUM

The Open Meeting with the USENIX Board of Directors will be
held on Thursday, January 25, from 5:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in
the Diplomat Room of the Omni-Shoreham Hotel.  We would 
appreciate any suggestions you might have for agenda items.  
Please send them to the Association's Executive Director,
Ellie Young (ellie at usenix.org).

Following the Open Board Meeting (from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
there will be a Nominees Forum at which all persons duly
authenticated for the upcoming board of directors election
(either by petition or nominating commmittee) can participate.
This forum will be moderated by Ellie Young.
