Line printing

Has anyone got the real lpr working in  Eunice. 
I could not get it to work, so I wrote a quick csh program that
worked would print some stuff out.

cat $! > tempfile.
vms print tempfile

We got this to work.  I was wondering if anyone got this to work
correctly.
