Problem with sc5.1 spread-sheet program

I recently down-loaded the sc5.1 spread-sheet from the archive (vol13) to
my System V machine. It compiled like a charm ... but just won't do anything ...

If I try to execute the program, it just hangs there: it does not crash,
it does not garble my screen, it's just not doing anything!

Has someone around been able to use successfully this package, or has
someone experienced the same bug???? Please let me know!
