Point of information: HP has two different, largely compatible OSs
called HP-UX. The numbering for the 800 series (SPECTRUM RISC
architecture) is up to 1.2 with 2.0 promised RSN. The numbering for
200/300/500 series (MC680X0 architecture) is up to 6.0

My numbers are based on the latest versions I have in hand.

BTW, is there a comp.os.hpux/INFO-HPUX mailing list?
