Microemacs 18.49 - possible bug

Assume that I have MAGIC and ASAVE set up as global-modes.

If I invoke uemacs as "emacs file.1 file.2", emacs comes up and I see
file.1 with my global modes applied. If I then use ^XX to look at file.2,
that file appears but does not have the global-modes applied to it.

If I use ^XF to "find" another file (say file.3) then file.3 appears WITH
the current global modes

Has anyone else noticed this - or is it just my version ???
