Expression bug in SC

[Edward C. Bennett]

In SC there is one particularly nasty bug involving expressions
and deleted rows/columns. I just spent most of a Sunday looking
for it and believe me, it's fairly well hidden. Is anybody else
tracking this bug down? Has somebody fixed it and I just missed
the fix?
