Wanted! ARC 5.21 patch for Microport's SysV/AT-286 (In English)

Mr. Masaatsu Kasukawa (Department of Information Science, Tokyo
Institute of Technology) wants to know about the patch of ARC as
follows.

 I tried to port ARC's source to Microport's SYSTEM-V/AT and failed.
It can't uncompress MS-DOS arc files at all. Parhaps someone in the net
aleady tried and succeeded to port this. Please send me the patch files.
