v04INF3: Posting "mailsplit2" (v04i001) has been cancelled

It appears that "mailsplit2" has some major problems; the author has asked me
to cancel it.  Archive maintainers please take note.

Version 2.4 of mailsplit will be posted as "mailsplit2"; it should come out
in mid-August.
