enhanced version of 'correct' - (nf)

There is at least one more bug with the enhanced version of correct.
If you hit a CR and haven't specified a local dictionary the bugger
dumps core. Now I know I am not supposed to use CR unless I want the
word added but I want to do that anyway. To work around this I have
added a flag that gets set when the `-d' option is specified. The routine
to add words is only called if the flag is set.
