RT-11 to Unix Request

	A program called rtpip distributed years ago on a USENIX tape
will allow you to copy from and to RT11 file structured devices.
	I can get you a copy if you want it. You, of course, must have
the floppy accessible by UNIX (i.e. have a device driver for it).
