Wanted: Termcap entry for TRS-80/m100

[jeff at heurikon.UUCP]

This may sound like a stupid request, but I'd like to
be able to use a TRS-80/Model 100 (or the NEC equiv)
with "vi" while "on the road".  It has a 8x40 character
LCD display and a full keyboard.  Has anybody ever done
this? Does anybody have an appropriate termcap entry?
