Wanted: csh with escape completion

Greetings.  A while ago someone posted an article to the effect that
a version of newcsh (csh with escape completion) was available that
would work on version 7 systems.  We have a machine which is running
version 7 kernel (or something close to it) and would like to have
newcsh on it.  All the necessary licenses (V5, VIII, 4.2, etc.) are
available.  If you know whom to contact to get the sources for this
version 7 newcsh, or are the person who posted the article in the first
place, please reply to the address below.  Thank you very much.
