Request for a public-domain Integer Programming package

Does anyone in the net-land have a simple Integer Programming package
which can handle ~10-15 variables and ~20-30 constraints and run
under Unix 4.2 ? I am looking for one that can find non-0/1 solutions
(the more general kind). Many thanks in advance.
