Patches for Bcsh posted to net.sources.bugs

Two sets of patches for bcsh, the Bourne shell cshell-emulator, have
been posted to net.sources.bugs.  The problems they fix are

	1) Aliases did not work,
	2) ^foo^bar^ substitutions failed, and
	3) numerical history substitutions sometimes failed in a bizzare way
