CP/M-80 emulator for 520ST!!!

Uwe, I received your recent posting of the CP/M-80 emulator for the
520ST, CPMZ80.TOS, to net.sources.  After downloading the program, I
looked at it with a debugger and found several areas which contained
copyright notices.  Before I pass this on to the public-domain groups
here, I would like a clarification on its status.  Are you the author?
