Request: C/C++ and Ada Interoperability Experience

Do you have experience developing an application using both Ada and C/C++?
If so, would you be willing to share the following pieces of information:

                   - What kind of application you developed?
                   - Who you developed the application for (company name)?
                   - When was the application developed?
                   - How large was the application?
                   - What percentage of the code was C/C++?
                   - What percentage was Ada?
                   - Any comments or experiences that you would like to
                     share.

I am also interested in hearing from those of you who are currently developing
an application using both Ada and C/C++.
