This came out of the PC 6300 PLUS Hardware Reference but I'm pretty sure
that the PLUS and the 6300 use the same monitor, so the same pin out.

1 Horizontal sync
2 ID0 (tells the controller what display you have) 0=color, 1=mono
3 Vertical sunc
4 Red
5 Green
6 Blue
7 Highlight
8,9 N/C
10 ID1 (tells the controller what display you have) always 1
11 MODE0 0=low res 512x256, 1=hi res 640x400
12 MODE1 not currently used
13 DEGAUSS* active low to degauss a color display
14-21 Ground
22 PCLK pixel clock 24MHz or 12MHz depending on resolution, not used
23 BLANKING one cycle of PCLK3 early with respect to video, not used
24,25 +15VDC power for monochrome display

All of the signals except for ID0 and ID1 are outputs, presumably those
are TTL level inputs. You may have to season to taste for what you are
driving.
