UNIX PC won't boot

This has probably been discussed before, but I've never had access
to UNIX PC's before, but now I'm responsible for a half dozen of
them.

I have a UNIX PC (20mb, running System 3.5) that was working fine
until I tried moving it - I ran the diagnostic disk, checked the
hard drive, and parked the heads. After getting it to the new
location, I can't get it to boot - when I turn on the power, I
hear the hard disk spinning up, and it tries to read the floppy,
but then nothing happens - the floppy drive light stays on (if
the diagnostic disk is inserted, it just spins it), and I get
little boxes on the screen every few seconds. Also, the 4 lights
that are visible through the case on the left side do a bit of
a dance and then all 4 stay on (actually, I can't tell if the yellow
is on or just reflecting the light from the others).

Can anyone give me any hints of what to do? If I open the case,
is there anything specific I should check (my guess is something
came loose). Does anyone know what the four lights mean (or
tell me where they're documented)?

Thanks in advance
