UNIXpc tape backup software braindamaged?

Has anyone with the UNIXpc's 23MB Tape Backup Unit ever been able to print
a tape contents listing from a "BROKEN SAVE SET"?

A "BROKEN SAVE SET" is one that continues onto subsequent tapes (e.g. from
an all-files backup of the system).

Attempts to list the contents of tapes 2-thru-n cause the "Tape Operations"
script(s) to issue "The tape provided contains no backup set" which is FALSE
because the VERIFY operation (after the backup) definitely DID find material
on the tape.

I've looked at /usr/bin/Tinfo.sh (and the other T*.sh scripts) and cannot
understand what's going on.

And, the ``contents'' listing of the first tape only shows path+file; none of
the other info like a ``cpio tv'' (~ ls -l) would display; any way to "fix"
this too?
