Replacement monitor and/or video adapter for AT&T 6300?

I've got what is probably a simple problem.  We have an Olivetti M24
(Same as AT&T 6300) equipped with a Display Enhancement Board (DEB)
and the "standard" color display.  The display decided to fry itself,
and I'm looking for replacement displays which will work with the DEB
board.  I had considered replacing it with another AT&T display, but
the price is rather inhibitive.

Any suggestions for monitors which will work with the DEB?  If that's
not an easy one, is it possible to replace both display AND adapter?
(again, which models/brands should I look at?)  If I replace both,
I'd need similar resolution (640 x 400 x 16).

Suggestions anyone?
