3B2/310 & TB+

I am going to be installing a TB+ on a 3B2/310 and rather than 
re-invent the wheel, I would like to find out what S Register
settings that others have used on 3B2/310 & 400's. Also, are
there any tricks to setting up the Devices and Dialers files?
 I have the paper that TB sent, and it seems pretty straight
forward.
