UNIXPC 7300 Battery

There's nothing special about them.  Most of them are small coin cells, some
are large coin cells, some are half length AA size.  It doesn't much matter.

They are all 3V lithium batteries.  Get the largest one that will fit in your
machine.  Just make sure you get the polarity right, be careful to not zap
your machine with static, and install a socket (for the next time).  

If you don't understand the above instructions, then get someone competent to
do it.
