Custom Code on 3B2 ISC?

Does anyone have any knowledge of how to download custom code to the
3B2 Intelligent Cards (either sync or async)?  Ideally an implementation
of VPM (virtual protocol machine) or some other software environment 
that would provide the access to the port(s) and to a user level
process or device driver on the 3B2.
