3B1 with two voice lines?

I have put something together that does line holding and allows
either line to be the data line.  Holding, toggling, etc, can be
done with commands or shifted function keys.  It doesn't have
support for the phone directory or async_main, however, since I
use pcomm and don't need a terminal emulator.
