Thad Floryan meets the swamp monsters

I talked to Thad just before the weekend and he's apparently received
1600 messages 8-( , probably in response to the 3b's for sale.  The
portal system is kinda slow when it comes to mail; he has to call up
every message separately or something, so I guess he doesn't want to
wade into the swamp.

The 3b's were sold long ago...
