SLIP for 3B's

Has anyone ever heard of an implementation of SLIP that can be used with
WIN-3B 1.1 TCP/IP?  I have several 7300's that are running KA9Q TCP/IP.
I want to be able to connect them to a 3B15 (or 3B2) that is running the 
WIN software.
