Parity Error on System Board of PC6300

Hello,

  I have an old 6300 with 640K RAM, Color Monitor, 40M HardCard,
and 360K Floppy Drive.  Just recently, for no apparant reason at
all, my system has been locking up and giving me the error:

  "Parity Error on System Board"

After rebooting and running the diagnostic program, no errors were
detected.  This does not surprise me since the error ocuurs 
intermittently at what seems like random times.  

A friend of mine suggested running the diagnostic program continually
until an error is detected, but I can't seem to figure out how to
have that done non-interactively. 

My question is two-fold:

   1) Can anyone suggest a way to continually test the System board
      until the error is detected?

   2) Can anyone suggest any reason why I'm getting this error and 
      what I might do about it.
