Help with 3B2/600 Configuration

I keep having various problems too numerous to list here with my 3B2/622
machine and its ethernet hardware/software. I have replaced the ethernet
card within the machine and have done diagnostic and diagnostic on it
and the WIN subsystem, only to find no problems. With the following versions
of software on this machine, I was wondering if anyone could take the
time to tell me exactly how far behind I am in software updates, and some
of the known problems with the currently existing software I have. 

Any correspondance whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!!!
