Formatting Hard Drive for 3b2/310

To format a hard disk, use 'fmthard /dev/rdsk/device_name'.  If the device
does not exist, go into firmware mode  (shutdown -y -g0 -i5) and run 'filledt'
and the generate a new unix by running '/etc/system'.  This should create the
devices.
